Our city trip was made much more enjoyable by the fantastic amenities offered at this hotel. The location was key, situated right in the heart of the city, it was easy to find and navigate to popular tourist spots nearby. The clean and comfortable rooms were a huge plus, and the friendly staff made us feel right at home.

The issue was eventually resolved, but it did cause some inconvenience and stress during our trip. however, our stay was a wonderful experience and we would definitely consider returning to this hotel in the future.
